A Primary School in Croydon are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant, to support across KS1 with pupils who have special educational needs. These needs vary from ASC to Challenging Behaviour, so someone who has a wealth of experience working with SEN would be ideal for this role.

Your role will include working with several pupils with a range of needs, ensuring that they are achieving their highest potential in their learning, you will do this by demonstrating positive behaviour and acknowledging this with reward schemes, in addition to this, you will work closely with these pupils inside the classroom supporting them with their work to make sure they are understanding and staying on track.

The ideal person for this role will have a caring, friendly approach, and will be able to commit to a long-term, full-time role as these pupils need consistency.

This role is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm with an hour lunch break. This is a term time only role with pay rates of £80-£90 per day PAYE.
