We are seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start. This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with a genuine passion for education and a strong interest in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

As a Graduate TA, you will support pupils both in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education and tailored support to meet individual pupil needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with primary-aged children (ages 3–11), ideally in a school, tutoring, or childcare setting
• A degree in a core subject area such as Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Sciences, or Performing Arts
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and a proactive attitude
• A genuine passion for supporting the learning and wellbeing of young children, especially those with SEN
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
