The ideal candidate:

• Proactive and Reliable: Demonstrate a proactive and reliable approach to your work, going above and beyond to support the needs of students and colleagues.

• Classroom Experience: Have at least 3 months of previous classroom experience, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

• Level 3 CACHE Qualification/Relevant Degree: Possess a Level 3 CACHE qualification or a relevant degree that showcases your knowledge and understanding of supporting children’s learning and development.
