Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Proactive and flexible approach
• A recent Graduate of a core/ relevant subject (desirable)
• Have knowledge of the KS2 Curriculum
• Help teachers plan, prepare and deliver lessons
• Lead small groups / one-to-one interventions with pupils
• Contribute to basic literacy & numeracy support across the school

• Have a level 3 qualification i.e; CACHE level 3/ Relevant degree i.e; English/ Psychology
• Be clear spoken and written communicators
• Be flexible, reliable and proactive
• Have knowledge and/or experience of children and/or SEN
