In this role, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one and small group support to children with special educational needs in a KS1 classroom. You will work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement tailored learning plans, and will provide ongoing support to ensure that each child reaches their full potential.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with children with special educational needs, and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the challenges and needs of this student population. You should also be able to work collaboratively with other members of the teaching team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
