Main Responsibilities:

• Ability to show initiative, be enthusiastic and reliable
• Work alongside class teacher to manage classroom behaviour, keep classroom organised and liaise with parents/carers
• Lead numeracy, phonics and literacy interventions in small groups to raise low attainment levels

Candidates MUST:

• Have 3+ months experience working with children
• Have a CACHE level 3 or a degree in a relevant subject e.g. psychology or educational studies
• Have Strong numeracy/literacy capabilities
• Be able to reliably commute to Finchley
• Be able to provide: an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through Ortus Recruitment), proof of Right to Work in the UK and 2 references
