**Candidates must be able to commit to a long-term and full-time role (Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 3:30pm)**

KS2 Teaching Assistant Expectations:

• Minimum 2:2 relevant degree or Level 3 qualification
• 3+ months classroom experience
• Ability to implement effective behaviour management statergies
• Confident across the KS2 curriculum
• Be a positive role model
• Have a can-do attitude
