Main Responsibilities:

• Be proactive, enthusiastic and have a firm but fair approach
• Assist with behaviour management alongside class teacher
• Build excellent rapports with staff and students
• Work in small groups or on a 1:1 basis leading numeracy and literacy intervention
• Engage students confidently with the KS2 curriculum and help them obtain targets
• Encourage participation from SEN pupils and support them where necessary
