• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Colliers Wood
• Full time – long term
• Immediate start
• PAYE £80-£90

The school are looking for someone who is dedicated and passionate about working with children, specifically children with challenging behaviour, and making a positive impact not only in their education but in their lives. Your role will be to work closely with students who have difficulty focusing in class, therefore you will be ensuring they are staying focused throughout the lesson, and taking them or short movement breaks when they are getting distracted.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus recruitment (£52).
• Ability to be flexible and open to change.
• Ability to deal with challenging behaviour in a calm manner
• Caring approach to the students
