The role:

In this role you will be working 1:1 or in small groups of students who have SEND such as autism and ADHD. You job will be to support them with their numeracy, literacy and reading skills ensuring they are reaching their full potential and improving in the areas they are struggling with.

The school are looking for someone who is motivated and can deal with challenging behaviour in a calm manner. They also are looking or someone who is creative and able to use exciting learning techniques to keep the students engaged at all times.
