Ortus Recruitment are working with a mainstream primary school in Teddington and they are recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to commit to a full time-long term role. The candidate applying for this role needs to have a passion for caring and aiding children in their academic studies and dedicated to helping them reach their full potential.

What are the responsibilities?

•  Occasionally, you may also supervise pupils during events and projects outside of the classroom such as cultural outings, field trips and excursions

Requirements

• A fully enhanced DBS which is on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment (£52)
• To have knowledge of the Primary Curriculum, experience working with these ages
• To possess effective classroom management strategies
• To be punctual
• Strive to ensure each student is reaching their full potential
