The role:

• Position: Learning Support Assistant
• Location: Worcester park
• Full time – long term
• Immediate start
• Monday-Friday
• PAYE £80-£90

Job role:

• Helping children to understand instructions
• Ensuring children are safe at all times,  by following health and safety guidelines
• Working 1:1 or in small groups of students who have learning difficulties
• Helping the class teacher manage the behaviour within the classroom

Requirements:

• A fully enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to process one through Ortus Recruitment (£52
• A passion for caring for children and dedicated to aiding them in their academic studies.
• You will need a kind and a nurturing attitude
• You will need to be patient and resilient
