Ortus Recruitment works closely with an “Outstanding” Nursery School in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, who are currently seeking a Level 3 qualified EYFS specialist to work with their toddler room – 3 – 5 Years old.

This is a state-run Nursery School that has a very good reputation in the local area. They are separated between the baby room covering 1 – 3 years old, and a toddler room for 3 – 5-year olds. As a state run nursery they are open from 08:00 – 18:00 term time, but also run play schemes that offer non-term-time work for those who want it. Staff cover the day in two shifts, one running 08:00 – 16:00 and the other 10:00 – 18:00.

It is essential that applicates can cover both shifts, are available through the year (including school holidays) and are comfortable with the entire age range!

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Childcare Assistant/EYSF Teaching Assistant
• Supporting children across the Nursery throughout the day
• Personal care
• Helping children learn through play & gain social skills
• Working alongside a range of ‘Outstanding’ Nursery staff
• ASAP start – Full Time
• Located in the Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Experience and Knowledge of 1 – 3 year olds & 3 – 5 year olds
• EYFS Level 3 Qualified
• Available to start work as early as 08:00 and late as 18:00
• Available all year round
• Must be able to get down to the kid’s level and get stuck in
• Caring and play-full personality will be required
