Ortus Recruitment are liaising with a mainstream, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Primary school in the dynamic and diverse London Borough of Brent. The school are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive Year 4 class who is Level 3 qualified.

They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching assistant who holds a minimum Level 3 qualification to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience and knowledge of KS2 curriculum and be confident delivering lessons/interventions
• Be proactive, flexible and assertive
• Be confident and comfortable supporting on a 1:1 basis or in small groups of children with additional needs
• Must be available full-time and long-term
• Have a Level 3 qualification or minimum 2:2 grade in relevant degree e.g. psychology or educational studies

Must be able to provide: an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one), proof of Right to Work in the UK and 2 references
