Ortus Recruitment are recruiting a proactive and experienced Cache Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant to join an inspiration and motivation team within a mainstream Primary school sitauted in Colindale.

The role:

The successful Teaching Assistant will work alongside the classroom teacher to plan and prep lessons for the day, manage behaviour, keep classroom organised, liaise with parents/carers and engage pupils effectively with the curriculum to raise attainment. You will also lead interventions in small groups and work on a 1:1 basis with children that have additional needs.

This is an amazing opportunity to be at the fore-front of children’s learning and development while being consistently aided and encouraged by the motivational Senior Leadership Team and fellow staff members, with the potential to progress on to a Teacher Training programme if deemed an ideal candidate.

**Must be Cache Level 3 qualified**
