The school is seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time, long-term basis with an immediate start. The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils across the primary age range, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide targeted support where needed. You may also have the opportunity to work on a 1:1 basis with pupils who have additional learning needs.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting.
• Have experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential).
• Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons.
• Hold a degree or be working towards one (preferred).
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to helping pupils succeed.
• Be available to work full-time during term time.

Essential Requirements

• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
• Ability to provide recent, relevant references.
