Ortus recruitment are currently looking for an academically capable individual with previous experience working in schools with children for a Teaching Assistant role.

The role consists of helping teachers plan lessons and supporting pupils with any needs such as, education, health and learning and development. They will be expected to work in groups and on a 1:1 basis.

A Mainstream Primary School, Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ located in Waddon offers a good community and plenty of access to public transport links.

• An individual that is confident supporting children with learning and development
• A hardworking individual able to work well under pressure 1:1 and in groups
• A motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working in schools with children
• An individual who comes across friendly, welcoming and can also communicate effectively with staff and pupils

Requirements

• Able to work Full time, long term (Mon – Fri)
• Previous experience working with SEN
