Teaching Assistant | SEN | Primary School | Immediate start | Croydon | £70 – £85 Per day PAYE

Ortus recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual who is reliable, motivated, and passionate about working in a school for a Teaching Assistant position.

The role will consist of working on a 1:1 basis and in groups of children inside and outside the classroom. The individual will be expected to support children using their key skills to identify the different needs of each pupil.

They will also be expected to support children with their learning and development whilst helping teachers plan and organise lessons. The individual should have good knowledge of the Primary School curriculum and use that knowledge to push pupils to the best of their ability.

The school is Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ located in the vibrant area of Croydon which offers plenty of links to transport for easy commutes to and from the school.

• Previous experience working in schools and with SEN
• An individual who comes across friendly and welcoming towards team and pupils
