Ortus Recruitment are working to appoint a Teaching Assistant to a school situated in Purley.

The Headteacher is looking for an experienced TA to work alongside the class teacher in their year 5 class supporting a child with SEMH. Your role will involve taking the child out of class to provide them with additional help with their classwork and personal development.

The school has modern facilities and is located by excellent transportation links making travelling to and from the site extremely easy. There is a warm, welcoming atmosphere felt in every corner of the school and all the staff are friendly.

– £75-£95 a day – PAYE

The ideal candidate:

– Experience working within a classroom setting

– Registered DBS on the update service

– Experience working with SEN/Challenging behaviour

– Degree educated/excellent academic background
