About the Role:

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Global Developmental Delay
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Personal and intimate care requirements

This is a full-time role within a single, supportive school environment, ideal for someone looking to build strong, consistent relationships with students and staff.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
• Confidence in providing personal and intimate care when required
• The ability to follow individual education and care plans
• A proactive and flexible attitude
