The school is rated OFSTED ‘GOOD’ and has an incredible and supportive team. The lovely school is located in Arnos Grove, London Borough of Enfield which has many transportation links and amazing restaurants and cafes.

About the role:

• Work mainly with a child 1:1
• Work with small groups
• Running interventions
• Help them with literacy and numeracy mainly
• Must be flexible
• Assist the classroom teacher

SEN Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related qualification
• SEN experience
• Experience working in a classroom setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices
