Teaching Assistant | Special Education Needs | Lambeth

We are working with a client school based in Lambeth, who are seeking to appoint a teaching assistant to support in year 2. We are looking for an experienced teaching assistant to work with a non-verbal autistic child. This is a great opportunity for an experienced SEN TA to make a difference and work with a highly supportive SENCO and class teacher. This is a “Good” school with excellent transport links, making it easily accessible from most parts London.

We would like to speak to anyone who has any of the following qualifications/knowledge/experience:

*Degree/Cache Level 3 Qualified

*SaLT training

*SEN Experience – Autism, Speech, Language & Communication Needs

*Previously assisted with group work/one-to-one support

*12 months(min) working in Primary education

*Knowledge or EYFS/KS1 curriculum

*Personal Care/Hygiene
