Ortus recruitment are currently seeking an individual to work in our partner primary school as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Norbury.

The school has an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ for their last report and have a strong leadership team who aim to provide high quality standards of education.

The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background enabling them to keep up with school curriculum and have some previous experience working with children.

The role will consist of working alongside a teacher, helping them to plan and prepare for lessons as well as managing classroom behaviour and getting involved in activities.

You will be expected to work in groups and 1:1 with SEN pupils who may need additional help with their work.
