A well renowned school located in Richmond are currently looking for an individual to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in one of their KS2 classes. The individual need to be patient, helpful and care about making a positive difference.

The school is easily accessible for those who travel via public transport or if you drive to work. It offers a range of great facilities and extra-curricular activities. There is a welcoming team of staff and SLT who ensure to provide a great experience for both staff and students.

The role will heavily involve working alongside a couple students who have additional needs and ensuring all their work is up to date. You will aid them during lessons to make sure that they understand everything and implement techniques that can help improve their knowledge and learning.

You will also have to liaise with the school’s SENCO reporting the children’s progress and any cause for concerns. You may also have to help any other students in the class who are having trouble with work.

Role requirements:

• A fully enhanced child DBS on the update service
• Can provide two references
• Previous experience working with child
• Knowledge of KS2 curriculum
• Available for a full time long term role
