Ortus Recruitment are seeking a talented and experienced SEN TA to work with our partnered primary school based in the Wandsworth borough. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience working with children and providing 1:1 support.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• Experience working as a TA in a primary school setting
• Experience working with SEN and providing 1:1 support
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Working hours: 08:30 – 16:00 (Monday – Friday)

Key responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 support to a child with ADHD
• Working with the class teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Assisting with the management of the classroom
• Supporting the overall development and progress of the child in your care
