SEN Teaching Assistant requirements:

3-6 month classroom experience

Experience of working with children who are Autistic

The ability to work in a challenging environment

This 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant position is:

– A Long Term, Full-Time position

– Supporting in Key Stage 2

– Supporting within the mainstream class

– Combined role, supporting whole class and 1:1 when required

– Based in Colliers Wood, London Borough of Merton

– Based in a Successful Primary School

– Immediate start

– Pays £80.00-£90.00 per day PAYE – no hidden fees

– Potential for Teacher training

This vacancy is designed for a proactive and reliable individual and has previously worked with SEN children.

As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support the progress of pupils with ASC. The support will be academic, social and developmental.

This school has a supportive and experienced SENDCO, who has built an expert and effective SEN team within the school. As such this is a great opportunity to work alongside people who can support you within your role and help you develop your skill set.
