An Outstanding rated Ofsted school located in Earlsfield is looking for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with KS1 pupil but will need to be flexible as the school may require you to work with another Key pupil if necessary. Our partnered primary school will provide you with excellent opportunities for professional development and they have friendly and supportive senior staff that will help you to develop and progress quickly.

Pay can be up to £100 a day (PAYE) depending on your experience and if you can impress the school on your paid trial day and the school will provide you with the opportunity to get a real insight of what your role will entail.

This role is a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant role and they are looking for a candidate who is positive, passionate, confident, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude willing to go above and beyond for the pupils. The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience working with children/ young people, e.g., Youth Work | Mentoring | Tutoring | Childcare | Voluntarily | Coaching
• Have degrees in Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Education, Drama and Performing Arts are ideal – we welcome applicants with degrees beyond this or relevant qualifications for working with children
• Be friendly, confident, outgoing, reliable and be a positive role model
• A genuine interest and passion for supporting young vulnerable pupil
• Be available full-time
