We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join a professional and dedicated team on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm).

As a Teaching Assistant our partnered primary school you will have the opportunity to work with students in our primary phase, either in a mainstream classroom or providing focused individual support, often on a one-to-one basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Provide individualized support to students, adapting to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement effective teaching strategies
• Promote positive behaviour and social development
• Assist with planning and preparing educational resources
• Encourage and motivate students to reach their full potential
• Attend relevant training and professional development opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and achievement

Requirements:

• Minimum of GCSE Grade C/4 in English Language and Maths
• A degree or relevant qualifications in Education, Maths, English, Sciences, Psychology, Drama, or Performing Arts
• A desire and passion to work with children, especially those with special educational needs
• Experience working with young people in an education setting
• Flexibility and adaptability to mee the diverse needs of our students
• Any subject or specialism that may help match you to students needs
