Position: Special Needs Teaching Assistant (TA) Location: Primary School Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: £85 – £100 per day, paid weekly, PAYE (No hidden agency/umbrella company fees)

Referral Scheme: £100 for successful referrals

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to support a child with Autism in a Year 4 class. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special needs and learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with an Autistic child in Year 4
• Support children’s learning and development
• Assist in managing classroom behavior
• Collaborate effectively with the classroom teacher and school staff
• Motivate and encourage children in their educational journey
