A 2 -form entry mainstream primary school based in Kennington seeks for an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 class. The role will involve carrying out 1:1 intervention with a child with ASD/Autism. Our partnered school has a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating to date with a friendly team off staff who are dedicated to the development of each child. This position is a full time, from Monday to Friday (8.30am – 4.00pm) and can lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Recent graduate with a degree in education, child development, psychology, or a related field.
• A passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
• A nurturing and patient demeanour, with the ability to provide emotional support to students when needed.
• A willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
• Willing to undergo a fully enhanced DBS Check
