Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Edgware, London Borough of Barnet
Schedule: Full-Time, Long-Term (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM)
Salary: £425 – £525 per week (PAYE, NO Umbrella Deductions) Depending on experience

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistants (EYFS) to support children with Autism in a mainstream primary school in Edgware, Barnet. No experience is required! Recent graduates are welcome to apply, and full training will be provided to ensure you have the skills to succeed. Key Responsibilities:

• Support Children with Autism: Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) within a mainstream primary school.
• Promote Learning and Development: Assist with academic and social development in a nurturing, inclusive environment.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other Teaching Assistants and teachers to create a positive learning experience for every child.
• Implement Personalised Plans: Help deliver learning and behaviour management plans designed for each child’s unique needs.
