Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Start September | West Drayton Primary School

Are you a dedicated and confident Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children across all primary year groups? Do you have experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive Primary School in West Drayton, seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.

The Role:

• Full-time Teaching Assistant position starting September
• Working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 as needed
• Providing 1:1 and small group support, particularly for children with SEN
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
• Helping to create a positive, supportive, and stimulating learning environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN
• Confidence working with children across all primary year groups
• A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

• Based in a vibrant and diverse West Drayton primary school, with excellent transport links and a strong community feel
