The school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 and small group support, primarily within Key Stage 2. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support to pupils, ensuring progress in both academic and personal development.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging literacy and numeracy sessions.
• Support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs, working in line with the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies.
• Help prepare and organise learning materials and classroom resources.
• Supervise pupils during transitions, playtimes, and group activities to promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
• Participate in training, meetings, and professional development opportunities as required by the school.
