About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide in-class support across the primary age range (EYFS, KS1, and KS2).
• Work 1:1 with pupils who have additional needs (SEN), including those with Autism, ADHD, or speech and language challenges.
• Lead small group interventions to boost progress in key subjects.
• Support the class teacher in preparing engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.

This role would be ideally suited to a recent graduate with aspirations to pursue teacher training in the future, or anyone passionate about making a difference in young learners’ lives.

Requirements:

• A recent graduate
• Experience working or volunteering with primary-aged children.
• A confident and adaptable approach across the primary curriculum.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
