Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support for pupils across the classroom. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting pupils during whole-class lessons, small group activities and one-to-one interventions.
• Encouraging children’s confidence, independence and engagement with learning.
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
• Delivering targeted learning activities under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Observing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback to teaching staff.
• Assisting with the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.
• Promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupils’ social and emotional development.

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or similar setting.
• A positive, patient and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
• Graduates and experienced Teaching Assistants are both encouraged to apply.
