Ortus Recruitment is looking for an experienced and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant. We require someone who is passionate about working with children and has a love for teaching.

The Responsibilities:
- Develop a tailored and creative program suitable for young children
- Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, etc.) to teach children
- Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
- Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional conflicts
- Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colours, do crafts etc.)
- Track children’s progress and report to parents
- Collaborate with other educators
- Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
This is a fantastic chance to be at the fore-front of children’s learning and development while being consistently aided and encouraged by the Senior Leadership Team and fellow staff members, with the potential to progress on to a Teacher Training programme if deemed an ideal candidate.
