Ortus Recruitment are currently working with an ‘outstanding’ primary school in the Kingston area which are currently seeking for a new Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.

This school has a fantastic work environment and is renown for being an enjoyable place to work. The team of staff are friendly, and pupils are polite & eager to learn.

The ideal Teaching Assistant for this role would be positive and committed, passionate for ensuring children always achieve excellence in their education and personal development. You must be confident building relationships, working 1:1 and in groups.

Personal Profile:

· Previous work experience in a classroom setting or with children of the primary age range.

· SEN experience (preferred).

· Confident working in groups and 1:1.

· Clear spoken and written communicator.

· Willing to help the teacher plan and execute exciting lessons.

· Dynamic and resourceful.

You Must:

· Hold right to work in the UK.

· Hold a fully enhanced DBS on the update service – if you do not possess a current DBS you will have to apply (we can help guide you through the process if necessary).

· Provide recent and relevant references.

· Available full-time.
