We are a welcoming and vibrant primary school in Sheffield, seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to support young learners and contribute to a positive school environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Work alongside class teachers to support the learning and development of pupils
• Deliver targeted interventions to help children achieve their full potential
• Provide one-to-one or small group support where needed
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
• Support children with additional needs, promoting independence and confidence

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children (in a school or similar setting)
• A genuine passion for education and child development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability, patience, and a positive attitude
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
