Our partnered primary school is situated in the heart of Brixton and caters for girls and boys aged 3-11 years. Role Description

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support Classroom Learning: Assist in the delivery of the Primary Curriculum, working closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
  • Promote Excellence: Bring your enthusiasm, motivation, and care to foster an environment of excellence in learning and development.
  • Collaborate with Staff: Join a team of dedicated, dynamic, and caring professionals committed to the highest standards of education.
  • Engage with the Community: Work within a supportive school community, building strong relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Enhance Learning Resources: Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources to support effective teaching and learning.

Key requirements

  • Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant: Must hold a Level 3 qualification with experience in primary education.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in supporting excellence in learning and development.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Primary Curriculum and its effective delivery.
  • Professional and Caring: Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and caring professional with a commitment to student success.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dedicated staff members.
