Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a qualified individual for a Teaching Assistant in Croydon.

The role will consist of working with teachers helping them to plan and organize lessons as well as supporting children with their learning and development.

The individual must also get involved in class activities and support pupils with their health and educational needs. The candidate will be expected to work on a 1 to 1 basis as well as in groups inside and outside the classroom.

A successful candidate should have previous experience working in schools and have some experience working with children who have additional needs. They should also have good knowledge of the Primary School curriculum and be able to use their key skills to identify the needs of every individual pupil.
