Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Primary School in Croydon

We are seeking enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a dynamic and inclusive primary school in Croydon. While previous experience is not required, we value a proactive approach and a strong willingness to learn.

Position Details:

• Hours: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm
• Pay: £80 – £100 per day PAYE (depending on experience)

Role Responsibilities:

• Support pupils within classroom settings, fostering an engaging learning environment.
• Work closely with a Year 2 student, offering one-on-one support to enhance their learning experience.
• Help maintain a creative and safe classroom, encouraging positive engagement.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and other staff to create a nurturing environment.
• Assist in managing and promoting positive behavior within the classroom.
