Salary: £19,500 – £21,000 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at a Primary School, a vibrant and inclusive primary school located in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a nurturing and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the class teacher to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and classroom displays
• Support individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional needs
• Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or working towards)
• A positive, proactive, and caring approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
