Salary: £89–£100 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-Time | Term Time Only

A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Croydon is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make a real difference in the lives of children.

About the Role:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning activities
• Support children with varying needs, including those with SEND or EAL
• Contribute to creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor and track pupil progress under the guidance of teaching staff

About You:

• Previous experience working with children (school setting preferred but not essential)
• A patient, caring and positive attitude
• Good literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Passion for education and supporting children’s development

Desirable Qualifications:

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience with SEND or behaviour management strategies
