Ortus recruitment are currently looking for a reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children for a Teaching Assistant role in Crystal palace.

About the role

In this role you will be expected to help teachers plan and organise lessons whilst supporting pupils with their learning and development. you will also be working on a 1-2-1 basis and in small groups.

A successful candidate will have previous experience working in schools and with SEN. They should also be familiar with the primary school (EYFS, KS1 and KS2) curriculum. the individual should use their key skills to support pupils and identify the variety of needs between every single pupil.

Requirements

• Able to work full time (Mon – Fri)
• Previous experience working in schools and with SEN
• Right to work in UK
• 2 relevant references
• Possess enhanced child DBS on update service
