The Role:

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with our teachers to support the educational and emotional development of our pupils. Your role will include:

• Assisting with classroom activities, small group work, and one-to-one support
• Helping to create a stimulating and safe learning environment
• Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons, under the guidance of the class teacher
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with primary-aged children in a school or educational setting
• A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their best
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Qualifications in education or relevant experience (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3, or equivalent)
