Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Year 3 team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support the learning and development of our Year 3 students. You will assist in the planning and delivery of lessons, provide one-on-one support to students as needed, and help create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.

Assist in the preparation of teaching materials and resources.

Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and respected.

Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative learning community.

Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
