Year 5 Teaching Assistant – Croydon – Full-time – ASAP Start

A Primary School in Croydon are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work within their Year 5 Class on a long-term, full-time basis.

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to hit the ground running as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Support students on a 1:1 basis

• Managing behaviour and learning

• Monitor progress

• Follow pupil’s EHCP

• Encourage the child to be a confident and keen learner

• Create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD/ADHD experience

• Confident working with children with learning difficulties

• Strong behaviour management techniques

• Genuine desire to work and progress in Education

• Must be available full-time, 5 days per week
