Ortus Recruitment is excited to announce an opportunity for a Year 2 Teaching Assistant at a primary school in Feltham. This full-time role, starting in September, is focused on providing crucial 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized 1:1 support to a Year 2 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Conduct small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and document the student’s progress and development
