Ortus Recruitment is working with an excellent primary school in Dollis Hill, Brent.

They are currently seeking a Learning support assistant from around 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM. You will be helping in the mainstream classroom and working 1:1 with a child in year 3.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A relevant qualification in education, childcare or SEN, or equivalent experience.
• A good understanding of the needs of pupils with learning difficulties and sensory needs.
• A positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a sense of humour.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
