Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
• Lead small group interventions to support Maths and English
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and report on student progress and development
